Weatherization Services

Our weatherization services identify the envelope load reduction savings potential as present in facilities across the nation. AEM’s weatherization services are targeted at energy service companies participating in Government ESPC contracting and public housing conservation programs. These services include the installation of new weather stripping around all points of building access and egress, the sealant of any and all penetrations of the building envelope including the roof/wall intersection, as well as the addition of insulation to attics, walls, and other surfaces which can be identified as in need of increased energy efficiency.  Installation of envelope upgrades is a demonstrated energy efficiency measure that provides energy and environmental cost savings.
